You will join the Growth team as an SEO & AI Content Specialist, working closely with the SEO Manager to drive non-branded organic traffic and conversions through high-quality content and emerging AI discovery channels.
Key responsibilities:
• Build AI-powered content workflows: Use AI tools to accelerate research, outlining, drafting and optimization while maintaining editorial standards. Design repeatable workflows including briefs, quality checklists, templates and guidelines to scale content production efficiently.
• Produce and optimize high-value SEO content: Write, update and improve articles, pillar pages and landing pages targeting search intent. Run continuous optimization initiatives including content refreshes, consolidation, internal linking and on-page improvements. Collaborate with Growth stakeholders to align content with acquisition priorities.
• Develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) approach: Build understanding of how prospects use AI-powered discovery tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Adapt content to ensure Pennylane is discoverable across emerging AI search journeys. Test content formats and structures that improve visibility in AI-generated answers without compromising human reader experience.
• Make data-driven decisions: Monitor SEO performance signals (visibility, rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, organic traffic, conversions). Translate data into actionable recommendations. Run experiments, measure impact and iterate quickly.
You will work with tools including Meteoria, Profound, Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, Contentful and Notion. REQUIREMENTS:
• Initial, meaningful hands-on experience in SEO with published content samples
• Fluent in French with strong writing and editing skills; professional working proficiency in English
• Demonstrated ability to improve content and optimize pages for performance
• Pragmatic, data-informed approach: form hypotheses, test, measure and iterate
• Current use of AI tools in daily workflow with enthusiasm to deepen practice
• Sharp eye for structure, clarity, accuracy and editorial quality
• Comfortable in fast-moving, collaborative environments with focus on high-impact initiatives
