Turquoise Health is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of the Contracts platform, a foundational product serving payers, providers, and other healthcare stakeholders. This is a high-visibility, strategic role within a Series C healthtech company backed by a16z and other top-tier VCs.
You will own the Contracts product roadmap and drive the design, development, and launch of features that simplify complex healthcare contracting workflows. Your responsibilities include creating business cases for new features, collaborating with AI engineers to embed machine learning into contract analysis and financial insights, and driving adoption through user feedback and behavioral data. You'll become the go-to expert on digital transformation in healthcare contracting, working across provider, payer, and employer stakeholder groups.
Key responsibilities: own and ship reliable, extensible features; apply healthcare subject matter expertise to pressure-test solutions; develop and evaluate business cases; collaborate on AI model development; drive adoption and continuous improvement; serve as primary point of contact for contracting product strategy; partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and internal SMEs to ensure compliance and alignment.
You bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally with contracting, document management, or financial modeling software. Deep expertise in Managed Care and Revenue Cycle is essential. You have a proven track record of successfully integrating AI or machine learning into previously manual workflows. You're a systems thinker with exceptional negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite healthcare leaders and internal stakeholders alike. Fluency with healthcare legal and compliance requirements is valued. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; non-traditional backgrounds welcome.
