We're seeking an experienced Senior or Staff Product Designer to shape the future of our products as AI transforms software development. You'll join a small but mighty design team and work closely with Product and Engineering to own meaningful product areas end-to-end—from early problem framing through shipped features.
Key responsibilities include: translating complex networking problems into approachable developer experiences; sketching, wireframing, and prototyping quickly to test ideas with users; leveraging AI tools to extend your creative capacity and prototype faster; getting close to developers to understand pain points and define "better"; contributing to product direction and strategy; maintaining high craft standards across interaction design, visual design, copy, and implementation details; facilitating discussions and aligning stakeholders on key decisions; and helping strengthen the design team's standards and critique culture as it grows.
You'll think like a builder, moving fluidly between research, prototyping, and delivery. The role demands high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to work hands-on in an evolving environment. You'll make your thinking legible through clear documentation and rationale-sharing with Product and Engineering partners.
