As Senior Web Designer, you'll lead end-to-end brand design projects from exploration through final execution. You'll collaborate closely with the Heads of Design and Marketing on strategic initiatives, creating compelling visual systems that resonate with developer audiences. Your work will span identity systems, campaigns, brand guidelines, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma and other design tools.
You bring 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in tech/SaaS, with a strong portfolio demonstrating identity systems and campaigns. You're deeply user-centric, balancing design "why" and "how" with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship. You understand how design decisions interconnect to create cohesive experiences, make informed decisions proactively, and combine design passion with business acumen and relationship-building skills.
Required: Expert proficiency in Figma and design tools; experience with digital-first brands and developer tools; understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy. Nice-to-have: motion design capabilities.
