PolyAI is seeking a Senior Web Designer to join its creative studio and define the design experience across poly.ai and all web-facing surfaces. The creative studio translates PolyAI's brand and product story into compelling, accessible, and high-performing web experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
In this role, you will own and evolve the website design system, establishing scalable patterns, component libraries, and governance standards that maintain consistency and accelerate delivery. You'll lead the end-to-end design process for web projects, from concept and user research through interaction design, prototyping, and detailed technical specification hand-off to web engineers and motion designers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the website design system with scalable patterns and component libraries
- Leading end-to-end design processes from concept through technical hand-off
- Driving innovation through exploration, prototyping, and user testing to improve UX, conversion, and accessibility
- Embedding best practices around responsive design, accessibility, and design-system governance
- Running design demos and presenting work to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate design workflows
You'll partner closely with web engineers, product marketing, and brand stakeholders to deliver design solutions at the pace a category-defining AI company demands. This role reports to the Creative Director within the Marketing organization.
