ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join its Experience Design (XD) team in Bengaluru. Reporting to the Group Manager of Visual Design, you'll be a core member of an expanding design team contributing to a best-in-class Enterprise SaaS product serving the home services industry across desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces.
You will shape the visual design language through UI design, data visualization, and motion design. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Design System team to establish and grow best practices around ServiceTitan's visual design language pillars. You'll design and document motion/animation behaviors for developer handoff, leveraging animation principles (easing, timing, choreography) to support usability. The role emphasizes using AI-assisted tools—including generative image tools and prompt-driven asset production—to accelerate high-quality work generation.
You'll produce visually stunning work including illustrations, iconography, landing pages, feature announcements, and app assets that promote an exceptional visual language throughout the product. Collaboration is central: you'll partner with product designers, design technologists, and product managers to develop and ship features. A key aspect of this senior role is mentoring junior designers on UI and motion craft, providing hands-on feedback on interface design, animation principles, and design system usage.
You'll advocate for design quality and consistency across the product, setting a high craft bar through both execution and mentorship. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse cultures and time zones, with a genuine desire to resonate with the home services industry while advocating for creative excellence.
Required qualifications include a portfolio showcasing real-world UI and visual design work, experience shipping with AI tools, motion design for UI and illustrations, and working with design systems. You should be proficient in visual design foundations (layout, typography, iconography, color theory, composition) and have exceptional ability to establish relationships across teams. Experience designing for AI products is a bonus.
