This Senior Visual Designer role sits within Studio, Attio's in-house creative team that partners across Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and other business functions. You'll be responsible for shaping how Attio is experienced across all brand and marketing touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include leading high-impact creative projects from concept to delivery—including marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across multiple channels. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You'll also evolve and refine Attio's visual identity, applying brand principles to new challenges while contributing strategic ideas for brand evolution.
You'll maintain an exceptionally high bar for visual quality across typography, layout, composition, and motion design, ensuring consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint. The role includes mentoring designers and external creative partners, and contributing strategic thinking to key marketing initiatives as the company scales.
You'll bring 4–7 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling. Experience designing for fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology startups is essential, along with a deep understanding of how design supports commercial growth. You'll need expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, advanced knowledge of typography and motion design, and the ability to develop strong creative concepts independently while balancing strategic thinking with meticulous execution. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality are critical.
