Filevine, a rapidly growing Legal AI company, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances to build and lead its ecosystem strategy. This is a foundational role for someone who can design and scale Filevine's partnerships function from the ground up.
You will own the end-to-end partnerships strategy, including channel and reseller programs, technology and ISV integrations, strategic AI/cloud alliances, global system integrator relationships, and university partnerships. Your responsibilities span strategy development, high-value deal negotiation, program design, revenue accountability, and cross-functional execution.
Key responsibilities include: setting and owning Filevine's ecosystem strategy; personally developing, negotiating, and securing strategic integrations and alliances; building scalable channel, referral, and API/ISV partner programs with certification and co-sell enablement; setting and defending partner-sourced revenue targets and reporting on ecosystem health to executives; driving cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal; and building and leading a growing partnerships team.
You'll need 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership, with proven experience personally negotiating and closing strategic technology deals (not managing inherited programs). You should have a builder's mindset, experience designing partnerships functions at earlier-stage companies, and comfort operating across both channel and complex strategic alliance motions. Strong executive presence, board-level communication skills, and team-building experience are essential.
The role is based in Salt Lake City, Chicago, San Francisco, or New York, with hybrid expectations (2-3 days in-office per week) or fully onsite for candidates in these metros. Remote consideration available for exceptional candidates.
