Filevine, a rapidly growing Legal AI company, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances to build and lead its end-to-end ecosystem strategy. This is a high-impact executive role reporting to the C-suite, responsible for designing and executing Filevine's partnerships function across channel/reseller programs, technology and ISV integrations, strategic AI and cloud alliances, global system integrators, and university partnerships.
Key responsibilities include: (1) developing and negotiating high-value strategic integrations and alliances personally; (2) building scalable channel, referral, and API/ISV partner programs with certification, marketplace presence, and co-sell/co-marketing enablement; (3) owning partner-sourced revenue targets and reporting ecosystem health and ROI to executives; (4) driving cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrations ship and partner deals convert; and (5) hiring, mentoring, and structuring a team as the partner ecosystem scales.
You'll need 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership, with proven experience personally negotiating and closing strategic technology or ecosystem deals (not managing inherited programs). A builder's mindset is essential—you should have designed partnerships functions from earlier-stage maturity and be comfortable across both channel motions and complex strategic alliance negotiations. Strong executive presence and board-level communication skills are required, along with a track record of hiring and leading partnerships or business development teams.
The role is based in San Francisco, Chicago, Salt Lake City, or New York, with hybrid expectations (2-3 days in-office per week) for candidates in or near these metros.
