Filevine, a rapidly growing Legal AI company, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances to build and lead its ecosystem strategy. The company delivers Legal Operating Intelligence through its unified platform, powered by LOIS (Legal Operating Intelligence System), which connects data, documents, workflows, and teams for modern legal work.
In this VP-level role, you will own Filevine's end-to-end partnerships strategy, spanning channel and reseller programs, technology and ISV integrations, strategic AI/cloud alliances, global system integrators, and university partnerships. You will personally develop, negotiate, and secure high-value strategic integrations and alliances that drive material revenue and market expansion.
Key responsibilities include: designing and standing up scalable channel, referral, and API/ISV partner programs with certification, marketplace presence, and co-sell/co-marketing enablement; setting and defending partner-sourced revenue pipeline and targets; reporting on ecosystem health and ROI to executive leadership; driving cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrations ship and partner deals convert; and building and leading a growing team spanning channel management, alliances, and partner enablement.
You will report to the CRO or CEO and have direct visibility into board-level strategy discussions. This is a builder role—you will design the partnerships function from an earlier stage of maturity, balancing both channel/reseller motions and complex strategic alliance negotiations.
The role is based in Chicago, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, or New York, with hybrid expectations (2-3 days in-office per week) or fully onsite, depending on location and candidate preference. Remote consideration available for exceptional candidates.
