Filevine, a rapidly growing Legal AI company, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Strategic Alliances to build and lead its end-to-end ecosystem strategy. This is a greenfield opportunity to design and scale Filevine's partnerships function from the ground up, spanning channel and reseller programs, technology and ISV integrations, strategic AI/cloud alliances, global system integrators, and university partnerships.
You will own the complete partnership lifecycle: developing and personally negotiating high-value strategic integrations and alliances, building scalable channel and API/ISV partner programs with certification and co-sell/co-marketing enablement, and establishing partner-sourced revenue targets with executive-level reporting on ecosystem health and ROI. You'll drive cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrations ship, partner deals convert to pipeline, and contracts protect company interests. As the ecosystem matures, you'll hire, mentor, and structure a team spanning channel management, alliances, and partner enablement.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of partnerships, business development, or channel leadership experience, with a proven track record of personally negotiating and closing strategic technology or ecosystem deals (not managing inherited programs) and nurturing those relationships to active production. You should have experience designing a partnerships function from earlier-stage maturity, comfort operating across both channel/reseller and complex strategic alliance negotiations, and strong executive presence communicating ecosystem strategy to CROs, CEOs, or boards. Team-building experience is essential.
This role is based in San Francisco, Chicago, Salt Lake City, or New York offices with hybrid expectations (2-3 days in-office per week) for candidates in or near these metros, though remote consideration is available for exceptional candidates.
