Demandbase is a pipeline AI platform for B2B GTM teams, helping enterprises automate growth through account-based marketing strategies. The company is establishing UX Engineering as a new function and seeking a Senior UX Engineer to lead this effort from the Hyderabad office, partnering with US-based Design and global teams.
In this role, you will bridge design, product, AI, and engineering to build polished, production-ready AI experiences. You'll start with customer problems and translate design intent into high-quality implementations, moving from concept through launch. Key responsibilities include building agentic interaction patterns, creating workflows that help designers move prototypes into production more effectively, and establishing UX Engineering practices at Demandbase.
You will own the full spectrum: hands-on development of complex web applications, design systems and reusable components, quality assurance through pre- and post-launch reviews, and mentoring designers and engineers. You'll use AI-assisted development extensively to accelerate exploration, implementation, and iteration. A critical part of the role is bringing UX culture and customer advocacy into the India Product and Engineering organization while strengthening partnerships between US and India teams.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of UX and product judgment with strong frontend engineering skills (React, TypeScript). You should be comfortable moving fluidly between design thinking, prototyping, and production code. Experience with AI-native or agentic product experiences, design systems, and distributed team collaboration is highly valued. You should have a builder mindset, strong communication across functions, and a genuine desire to help teams become more effective.
