Life360 is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own the design and research strategy for its direct-to-consumer web experience. The role sits at the intersection of design execution, user research, and conversion optimization—responsible for crafting the web surfaces where families decide to trust Life360 with their safety.
You will own UX/UI design across Life360's DTC web properties, including subscription plan selectors, checkout flows, device bundle pages, onboarding, and post-purchase experiences. This includes designing and prototyping A/B and multivariate tests in partnership with the Site Optimization Manager, translating experiment hypotheses into clean, testable design variants with clear rationale.
Beyond pixel-perfect design, you'll lead the qualitative research program: planning and moderating user interviews, usability sessions, and concept tests; synthesizing findings into actionable insight reports; and mapping the full customer journey to identify friction points and moments of delight. You'll synthesize qualitative signals (session recordings, heatmaps, user interviews) with quantitative funnel data to build a complete picture of customer behavior and translate that into prioritized design recommendations.
You'll work closely with the DTC team, Creative, Product, and Engineering—advocating for members and for design standards across the organization. Life360 serves 97.8 million monthly active users globally and is a remote-first company with 500+ employees. The company is building an AI-native culture where AI tools are integral to how teams work; you may be asked to demonstrate AI proficiency during interviews.
This role is ideal for someone equally energized by crafting a pixel-perfect prototype and conducting user interviews—someone who believes the most important design decisions are grounded in evidence, not instinct.
