OneTrust is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join its User Experience Design team within the Research and Development organization. OneTrust's mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI, offering an AI-Ready Governance Platform that unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows for Privacy, Security, Data Governance, GRC, Third-Party Risk, Ethics and Compliance, and ESG.
In this role, you will work under the oversight of a Principal UX Designer and contribute to improving the usability, design, and overall experience of OneTrust's web applications and platform offerings for a global user base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating comprehensive design deliverables across the entire design process: information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and low and high-fidelity prototypes
- Identifying, defining, and promoting UX best practices and design templates
- Collecting and analyzing UX metrics from web analytics, customer support data, and other sources to inform design decisions
- Monitoring and applying relevant UX trends and industry awareness
- Serving as a UX advocate within the organization
- Collaborating effectively with R&D team members, product managers, and senior leadership

The company embraces an office-first culture, encouraging three days per week in office for most roles, with flexibility depending on the specific position scope.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related technical field
- 5–8 years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout
- Portfolio of UX projects demonstrating applied experience
- Proficiency with design tools including Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area (research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with R&D colleagues, product managers, and senior management
- Enterprise product design experience and web-based application design
- Experience leading a team
- Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security spaces
- Scrum certification
