We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our User Interface Design team in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid). This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of User Interface Design.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user experiences for our commercial operations platform. You will work on complex, high-impact products used by enterprise customers globally. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces that solve real business problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing user interfaces and experiences for web-based applications
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and consistency
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to design system evolution
- Advocating for user-centered design principles across the organization
