Salary: USD 155,000 - 195,000 / annual
Together AI is seeking a Senior University Recruiting Program Manager to design, build, and scale recruiting programs that power the company's talent acquisition engine. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of program management and talent acquisition, ideal for someone energized by building from the ground up.
In this position, you will own the strategy and execution of cross-functional recruiting initiatives, design programs and events that build pipeline, and grow the employer brand presence. You'll partner closely with the University Recruiting team, People Team, and other cross-functional partners to ensure hiring programs are efficient, data-driven, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities include: (1) Building and executing recruiting program strategies that grow pipelines and create best-in-class experiences, such as employee referral and intern programs; (2) Partnering with the University Recruiting Team on initiatives and events that expand programs; (3) Using data-driven insights to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and report on program effectiveness; (4) Supporting ad-hoc programs and projects as the company scales; (5) Partnering with the Marketing team on recruiting marketing initiatives, social media strategy, and event programming; (6) Owning Together AI's employer brand across LinkedIn, Careers Page, and blogs; and (7) Managing all aspects of recruiting presence at events and conferences.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience in University Recruiting, Recruiting Program Management, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment; proven track record of designing and scaling recruiting programs; comfort with ambiguity and complexity; strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision-making; and willingness to travel to conferences and events.
Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with employer branding, recruiting marketing, large-scale event management, and experience building relationships with external organizations to grow partnerships.
