Scopely, a leading mobile games publisher and home to MONOPOLY GO! (the biggest mobile game launch in history), is seeking a Senior UI Artist to join the Barcelona-based team on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will craft beautiful, intuitive user interfaces that guide millions of players through new seasonal experiences in MONOPOLY GO!. You'll translate design flowcharts and wireframes into polished, delightful UI systems that reinforce the game's personality and charm. A core part of this position involves fluently adopting AI-assisted creative tools and workflows, identifying where they can meaningfully improve quality, iteration speed, and efficiency—demonstrating judgment about when and how to apply them effectively. You will collaborate closely with game designers, UX designers, concept artists, animators, and engineers to maintain consistency and quality across features. You'll present and advocate for your UI direction to stakeholders, mentor junior UI artists informally, and serve as the point of contact for UI questions on assigned features, keeping production updated on progress. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of practical art/design experience in games (preferably mobile), with at least 2 years in a senior-level capacity. You should have a demonstrated track record shipping polished UI systems for mobile titles and expert-level skills in UI/UX, graphic design, typography, and interaction design. Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma is required, along with fluency in AI-assisted creative tools. Experience with externally-licensed IP brand guidelines and approval pipelines is a bonus, as is a passion for mobile gaming. You should be comfortable giving and receiving objective feedback in a collaborative environment.
