Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 / annual
Notion is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead global treasury operations for the collaborative AI workspace platform. In this role, you will own Notion's cash management, liquidity optimization, investment strategy, and banking relationships across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the company's global treasury strategy, managing daily cash operations, and creating cash flow forecasts to support strategic business decisions. You will implement treasury technology infrastructure to automate processes and enhance visibility, manage foreign exchange risk, and recommend hedging strategies. Additionally, you'll partner with accounting, tax, and other finance teams on treasury-related matters, ensure timely financial reporting and audit compliance, and assist with capital structure planning and financing activities.
You'll be responsible for building and scaling treasury functions, creating new processes and policies, and establishing an adequate control framework over all treasury activities. This is a strategic role that requires strong financial modeling skills, experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms, and a deep understanding of global treasury operations and financial markets.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company, with multinational experience and foreign currency expertise. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is required; an MBA or CTP certification is preferred. You should demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, intellectual curiosity about AI tools, and a track record of building functions and implementing new processes in complex organizations.
