Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from electrons to tokens, addressing the critical bottleneck of power availability for AI compute. As Senior Treasury Analyst reporting to the Senior Manager of Treasury, you will be a key technical contributor building a world-class Treasury function supporting Crusoe's strategic objectives. This high-visibility individual contributor role combines analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration to solve sophisticated financial challenges in a rapidly scaling business. Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining liquidity forecasts that inform strategic prioritization; building banking and investment systems to support multi-billion-dollar projects; monitoring debt covenant compliance; ensuring robust internal controls; conducting analytical support for capital deployment decisions; researching and monitoring investment strategies across duration, credit, and liquidity parameters; creating reporting packages and ad-hoc analyses for management; and supporting cash management activities including global cash positioning and high-value transaction execution. You will collaborate extensively with Finance, Tax, Legal, Accounting, AP, Business Development, and executive leadership. The role demands expert-level financial modeling in Excel, strong command of financial theory (capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, valuations), and practical experience with debt capital markets, interest rate derivatives, hedging, and foreign exchange mechanics. Required: 3+ years Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking experience in fast-paced environments; Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced quantitative and analytical skills; exceptional Excel modeling capabilities; detail orientation; and ability to drive complex workstreams through stakeholder collaboration. Bonus qualifications include CFA Charter, MBA/Master of Finance, and Bloomberg modeling expertise.
