Salary: USD 58,000 - 82,000 / annual
Devoted Health seeks a Senior Training Specialist to independently develop and deliver comprehensive learning programs for frontline staff supporting elder care members. This role owns the full instructional design lifecycle—from analysis and needs assessment through design, development, implementation, and evaluation—with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include: conducting data-driven analysis to identify learning gaps and define success metrics; designing focused, measurable learning solutions incorporating AI tools and soft-skill competency frameworks; managing the creation of multi-modal training materials (instructor-led, e-learning, coaching); delivering training confidently to call center agents (Guides); and evaluating impact using Kirkpatrick's Four Levels methodology.
You will partner directly with operational and technical stakeholders to support ongoing education on products, workflows, and services. The role emphasizes creating a "One Team" learning framework that equips Guides to assist across departments, with both scheduled and on-demand coaching resources.
Required qualifications: 5+ years designing and delivering training across multiple modalities with demonstrated innovation; 3+ years independently managing full-lifecycle instructional design projects from conception through evaluation; experience with AI-era training tools and workflows; strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; self-motivation and openness to feedback.
