Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company. The Celonis Academy team develops and delivers impactful learning experiences through online and instructor-led training programs.
As a Senior Training Specialist, you will become an expert in Celonis Process Intelligence Technology and provide hands-on training to partners and customers, primarily in the India region. You will lead live enablement workshops, develop customized training journeys, and consult with customers on leveraging the Celonis Platform to generate business value. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and leading live enablement workshops for diverse audiences
- Developing and delivering customized enablement journeys tailored to customer needs
- Consulting with partners and customers on platform implementation and value generation
- Developing innovative training approaches and methodologies
- Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to understand enablement needs
- Contributing to quality assurance programs and measuring training impact
- Creating inspiring training materials and enhancing programs based on feedback
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments
- Staying current with Celonis technology and industry trends
You will work with a global, collaborative team and are expected to travel up to 40% of the time. The role requires technical training expertise, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. You should have a bachelor's or master's degree in a business, technical, or analytical field, proven experience delivering training to diverse audiences, and a passion for data analytics and knowledge transfer. An analytical mindset, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to think creatively are essential.
