Hootsuite is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to lead the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of global benefits and mobility programs. Reporting to the Manager of Total Rewards, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective, compliant, and competitive total rewards solutions across the organization. Key responsibilities include: driving implementation of global benefit programs (health, welfare, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives) while ensuring compliance with local regulations; performing in-depth analysis of existing programs and recommending improvements based on employee needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements; leading benefit renewals, vendor transitions, and related projects; implementing and managing Hootsuite's Global Mobility Programs (permanent relocation, short/long-term assignments, business travel); serving as the primary contact for employees, leaders, and vendors on mobility matters; managing vendor relationships with brokers, consultants, and insurers to benchmark and maintain competitive programs; providing guidance on benefits and mobility eligibility and administration; creating and maintaining resources and guidelines for employees and teams; collaborating with Payroll and Finance on benefit deductions and reconciliation; supporting compensation programs including merit cycles and pay equity processes; contributing to total rewards initiatives including equity compensation; and mentoring other team members in benefits and mobility areas. You bring a Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant total rewards, benefits, or global mobility experience. Preferred qualifications include CEBS designation or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant credentials. You possess advanced expertise in global benefits and regulatory compliance, understanding of global mobility concepts and policies, excellent communication skills to translate complex solutions for business leaders and senior leadership, and foundational knowledge of immigration, tax, relocation, and social security policies.
