Radiant is building the world's first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company's flagship product, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor designed for rapid deployment to hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in El Segundo, CA, Radiant is preparing to test its first reactor at Idaho National Laboratory this summer, with customer deliveries beginning in 2028.
As Senior Technical Talent Sourcer, you will own the top of the hiring funnel, building strategic pipelines and driving outreach to attract world-class engineers, operators, and innovators. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and design sourcing strategies that identify passive talent across technical and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities include: designing and executing sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, events, and niche platforms; driving personalized outreach campaigns that introduce candidates to Radiant's mission; managing candidate pipelines with accurate data organization; representing Radiant at recruiting and networking events; and providing market insights to shape hiring strategies.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience at a technical company; demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-find passive talent; strong research and Boolean search skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Desired qualifications include experience sourcing in engineering-heavy industries (aerospace, nuclear, energy), building diverse talent pipelines, and passion for clean energy innovation.
The role requires 100% onsite work at El Segundo HQ with willingness to work extended hours and occasional travel for recruitment events.
