Zscaler is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Success Manager to join its Customer Success team in Mohali/Bangalore. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Technical Success and serves as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers adopting Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform.
You will build and nurture deep relationships with key customer stakeholders across a complex portfolio of accounts, aligning customer objectives with Zscaler's security solutions. Your responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance and proactive recommendations to develop customized strategies for seamless integration and operationalization of Zscaler solutions. You'll drive adoption by identifying actionable insights, anticipating technical hurdles, and developing comprehensive risk mitigation plans to ensure long-term customer success and uncover strategic growth opportunities.
You will manage complex escalations, collaborating across Sales, Support, and Product teams to coordinate resolutions and deliver high-impact customer experiences. Additionally, you'll master Zscaler products and services to contribute to the creation and sharing of intellectual capital—including best practice guides, playbooks, and videos—to strengthen the Customer Success team's collective impact.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, with 3+ years driving value in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Delivery, or Sales Engineering within Cloud, Web Security, Networking, or Infrastructure domains. You possess strong technical acumen, the ability to analyze customer data for key insights, and foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies. You thrive in ambiguity, act with ownership, solve complex problems, collaborate at high trust, and maintain a growth mindset. You're comfortable building strategy while executing hands-on, and you operate with integrity and genuine care for outcomes.
