Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to join its talent acquisition team. The role focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier technical talent to support the company's fast-paced, innovative defense technology environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Talent Identification: Use advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active technical candidates for critical roles.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication strategies.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates aligned with hiring needs.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
• Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 6 years in technical sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record of hiring for technical roles. Candidates must demonstrate understanding of modern technology stacks, software development processes, and technical skill sets. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools are essential.
Preferred qualifications include proven experience in startups, tech, or related defense fields such as autonomous aerial vehicles (AAV), unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV), or weapons programs. Expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter is valued. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, demonstrates resilience and creative problem-solving, communicates directly and succinctly, takes full accountability for responsibilities, and maintains low ego with high curiosity for continuous learning.
