Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to join its talent acquisition team. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier technical talent to support the company's fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Talent Identification: Use advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active technical candidates with expertise in hardware development, autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication strategies.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates aligned with company growth needs.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
• Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 6 years in technical sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record of hiring for technical roles. Candidates should have understanding of modern technology stacks, hardware development processes, and technical skill sets. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques are essential.
Preferred qualifications include proven experience in startups, tech, or related defense fields such as autonomous aerial vehicles (AAV), unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV), or weapons programs. Expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter is valued. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, proactive, resilient, and demonstrates strong ownership and curiosity for continuous learning.
