The company is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to identify, track, and convert passive talent into engaged candidates for technical roles. In this full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, California, you will run active sourcing campaigns primarily focused on software and hardware engineering positions. You'll source top-tier, hard-to-reach talent through creative outbound strategies and network-building, guiding candidates through the process with professionalism and focus on exceptional experience. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to create posts, outreach initiatives, and events that increase brand recognition, while maintaining detailed documentation in the Ashby ATS and continuously iterating on processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience. Required qualifications include 5+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or tech industries. You must be proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean search strings, and other common sourcing tools, with demonstrated success using alternative sourcing methods including social media, networking, contract and patent scraping. You should have a proven history of building long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously. Preferred qualifications include experience in SaaS, aerospace, defense, automotive, or hardware-heavy industries; familiarity with hiring cleared talent; knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment; and a bias toward action with the ability to identify bottlenecks and proactively present solutions. Note: This position may require access to ITAR-controlled technology and source code. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
