Salary: USD 110,000 - 145,000 / annual

As Senior Technical Sourcer, you will lead specialized, data-driven sourcing efforts to identify and engage high-quality talent across engineering and production disciplines. You'll partner closely with recruiting and hiring teams to develop scalable sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines for critical roles, and overcome hiring challenges in a competitive aerospace talent market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute top-of-funnel sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain consistent pipelines supporting high-impact hiring needs
- Leverage data to optimize sourcing effectiveness and evaluate new recruitment tools
- Collect market intelligence and develop a robust professional network to enhance Astranis's recruitment competitiveness
- Pivot quickly between technical disciplines (hardware, production, software engineering) as business priorities shift
- Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pools
You'll need 6+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth environments. You should understand the technical landscape deeply, be results-oriented with a focus on quality-driven talent strategies, and excel at communicating across teams. Bonus experience includes diversity sourcing expertise, hardware/production engineering recruitment, and startup background.
