Payoneer, a global fintech platform founded in 2005, is seeking a Senior Technical Salesforce Project Manager to join the Delivery Team within the Applications & Integrations group. This role is based in Herzliya on a hybrid basis.
You will own and manage the Salesforce team's scope of work alongside other technical project managers, balancing ongoing feature requests with larger strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include leading cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and post-launch support. You'll develop clear project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including detailed timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, own final requirements and solution design, and collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation
- Drive technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and align business and technical stakeholders
- Run agile ceremonies, keep delivery on track, and manage trade-offs as priorities shift
- Manage the Salesforce platform, which serves as the central CRM and business-process system supporting customer-facing teams and other functions across the organization
You bring at least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in enterprise environments, with Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience and demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud. You have the ability to deeply understand technical concepts and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk. You are a highly motivated leader who drives initiatives end-to-end with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.
