Figma is seeking a Senior Technical Revenue Analyst to join its finance team in Dublin. This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Technical Revenue Accounting and plays a critical part in month-end close processes, financial reporting, and operational procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert guidance on ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards for complex contracts and transactions
- Participating in close processes: contract review, journal entry posting, and financial presentations
- Maintaining internal controls over revenue recognition and quote-to-cash functions
- Driving continuous process improvements and system enhancements
- Supporting annual audits and quarterly reviews, including preparation of audit materials
- Identifying opportunities to reduce the accounting close cycle duration
- Handling ad-hoc finance projects and requests
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of combined public accounting and corporate revenue accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Strong technical skills are essential: deep knowledge of ASC 606, contract interpretation expertise, advanced proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, Oracle), and strong Excel capabilities. You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications include CPA or CPA candidate status, SOX-compliant public company experience, and advanced proficiency with NetSuite's Advanced Revenue Management module in multi-currency environments.
