Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and preventing fraud. The company is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Senior Recruiter to support high-growth hiring across Product, Data Science, and Finance/Operations teams.
In this high-impact role, you will own the full lifecycle recruiting process for positions at all levels, from strategy through close. You'll create comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to each search, identify and attract top candidates, and thoroughly qualify prospects based on hiring manager needs. You'll deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences through high-touch engagement and frequent communication.
You'll adapt to Socure's existing processes while contributing to the continued development of scalable recruiting practices. This includes participating in team initiatives around employer branding, operations, diversity, training, and documentation. You'll build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates with active market presence and deep industry knowledge.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions and levels, with preference for SaaS commercial recruiting. You should be proficient in structured recruiting methodologies, experienced as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, and skilled in project management approaches to talent acquisition. You'll demonstrate expertise in various sourcing tools and channels, strong research and candidate generation capabilities, and pipeline management using an ATS (Ashby preferred). Advanced sourcing methodologies leveraging AI-assisted tools are essential. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
