Snorkel AI is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter focused on Product talent. The company builds data-centric AI platforms that help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale, working with some of the world's largest organizations.
In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management, Product Design, Product Operations, and related Product functions. You'll develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of top-tier talent in a competitive market. Key responsibilities include:
• Recruiting Strategy & Sourcing: Design effective strategies for attracting Product talent, owning the entire sourcing process to maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Data-Driven Recruiting: Track and analyze recruiting funnel metrics to continuously improve speed, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver best-in-class experience at every touchpoint, ensuring positive impressions regardless of outcome.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Product hiring managers and leaders to understand role requirements, advise on hiring strategy, and challenge thinking on talent attraction.
• Market Intelligence: Stay attuned to compensation, benefits, and talent movement trends; share insights with People leadership to keep Snorkel competitive.
• Networking & Community: Represent Snorkel at industry events and within the Bay Area talent community, building long-term relationships and pipelines.
• Process Management: Coordinate interviews, deliver timely feedback, ensure clear communication, and drive operational improvements to the Product recruiting process.
• Onboarding Support: Partner with People and Product teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires, including immigration support.
You bring 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Product roles in technology startups. You have demonstrated success in high-growth, fast-paced environments and deep familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area technical talent landscape. You're skilled at sourcing passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, and proficient with modern recruiting tools (Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Gem). You understand the Product function deeply—its unique challenges, hiring bar, and market dynamics—and can build trust quickly with hiring managers while coaching and pushing back constructively.
