Salary: USD 135,000 - 185,000 / annual

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner directly with the Software Engineering Leadership team to source, recruit, and close talented engineering professionals. You will be essential to the company's continuous growth as one of Silicon Valley's fastest-growing organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute full-cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Software Engineering team throughout the hiring process
- Deliver compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and the Software Engineering Organization
- Strategize and develop unique engagement approaches to source top talent, including active outreach to passive candidates at both IC and Manager+ levels
- Manage full-cycle recruiting pipelines, maintain strong candidate flow, and coordinate interview schedules
- Track and document all candidate communications in Greenhouse ATS
- Deliver high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experiences
This position is on-site in San Mateo, CA and is not remote.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of successful full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Strong ability to influence through collaboration
- Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
- Commitment to excellence and top performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Local to the Bay Area or open to relocation to San Mateo, CA
- Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
