Valar Atomics is building advanced nuclear energy systems to unlock clean, scalable power for industry and next-generation manufacturing. The company is developing factory-made, rapidly deployable nuclear solutions with a pilot plant in Orangeville, Utah.
As Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for critical engineering and technical roles across the organization. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape hiring strategies, define talent requirements, and identify exceptional candidates in highly specialized and competitive markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become the subject matter expert on engineering, manufacturing, and other specialized functions, partnering with leadership to define what top talent looks like in these fields
- Develop and execute creative sourcing and engagement strategies for top-tier technical talent, and close candidates
- Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers and interview teams on role requirements, interview plans, and hiring criteria
- Improve recruiting funnel efficiency, build equitable interview processes, research and implement new tools, and stay current on industry trends and competitive market data
- Drive an efficient, high-quality interview process from initial outreach through offer close
- Champion excellent candidate experience and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion
