Rippling is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join its recruiting team in Bangalore. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for Senior Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and Senior Software Engineer IC roles across Rippling's engineering organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-level engineering positions, ensuring positive candidate experiences
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design tailored sourcing approaches for each search
- Calibrate candidates, maintain communication throughout the process, and negotiate compensation packages
- Set clear expectations with hiring managers on interview processes and conversion metrics
- Partner with engineering and recruiting leadership to identify and remove closing barriers
- Analyze recruiting data deeply—conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, decline reasons, and interview scorecards—to drive continuous improvement
You will need at least 8 years of software engineering hiring experience, with a minimum of 2 years recruiting for Staff+ and Director-level engineering profiles. The role demands strong sourcing acumen, ability to work with senior technical talent, and a data-driven mindset to optimize recruiting outcomes.
