Salary: USD 110,000 - 155,000 / annual

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization during an exciting growth phase. You will partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and secure top technical and non-technical talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role focuses on building world-class teams through talent acquisition strategy, sourcing, and candidate engagement in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume req load across specialized engineering, science, and technical roles, with flexibility to support additional functions as business needs evolve
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through outbound search, referrals, and targeted campaigns
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment, guiding them through the interview process with a high-touch approach
- Support onsite interviews end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming candidate experience
- Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with People Operations and hiring teams to ensure consistent candidate experience
- Leverage recruiting data and market insights to inform search strategies and advise on hiring decisions
- Represent the company as a knowledgeable ambassador of the mission and work
- Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and evolving best practices in technical recruiting

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven track record hiring for technical, engineering, and scientific roles
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging hard-to-find technical talent through outbound search, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments where priorities and structures evolve quickly
- Strong communicator with candidate-first mindset and commitment to exceptional candidate experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or equivalent
- Adaptable and proactive, able to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Skilled in evaluating candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural alignment
- Experience managing pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable using data and market insights to guide decision-making and improve recruiting outcomes
- Confident and genuine in representing company mission and culture to candidates
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends, compensation norms, and best practices in technical hiring
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and genuine interest in technical and scientific work of supported teams
- Ability to travel to vendors and test sites as needed
- Ability to work longer hours and weekends intermittently to support critical needs
