In this role, you will own full-lifecycle recruiting for multiple technical positions, including senior, staff, and director-level roles in engineering, data, AI/ML, and product. You'll operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers, not just a transactional recruiter. Key responsibilities include identifying recruiting bottlenecks and designing solutions to improve outcomes, leveraging AI agents and AI-driven sourcing tools to amplify your output and the team's, using market insights to influence hiring decisions and compensation strategy, and delivering a world-class candidate experience that leaves every candidate impressed with Overjet regardless of outcome.
You'll drive operational excellence in Ashby (the ATS) and across recruiting systems, with a focus on hitting key KPIs like time-to-fill under 60 days for technical roles. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience recruiting top-tier Bay Area technical talent in hyper-growth environments, with a proven track record hiring senior and director-level roles. You should have demonstrated strength in critical thinking and root cause analysis, exceptional relationship-building skills trusted by candidates and business partners, and comfort with recruiting tech stacks like Ashby and Juicebox. You thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments where ownership and excellence are expected.
