Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join its talent management team. You will be responsible for recruiting top-tier engineering talent for the Maritime Division, working directly with hiring leaders and individual contributors to define and execute on talent strategy.
In this hands-on role, you will source, track, and manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. You'll establish deep partnerships with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables. Your responsibilities include embedding yourself into the business to understand product positioning, technical roadmap, and team culture, then effectively pitching opportunities to close exceptional technical talent.
You will develop recruiting strategies that contribute to long-range company growth, implement best practices around referrals and process improvements, and act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques, Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate management systems. You'll conduct interviews, analyze pipeline and performance data to identify opportunities, and provide a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Required: 6+ years recruiting and sourcing for technical roles (startup/software experience preferred), experience hiring across software and/or hardware engineering, 4+ years client interaction with hiring managers and directors, consultative approach with demonstrated ability to improve outcomes, strong technical understanding of engineering positions, effective communication skills, experience managing candidate funnels, working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems, and familiarity with diverse sourcing avenues.
Preferred: startup and tech domain experience, self-sufficiency with minimal supervision, resilience and creativity in problem-solving, direct and succinct communication, and full ownership mentality aligned with Anduril's mission.
