We seek an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and critical roles across the company, with emphasis on engineering and highly specialized talent. This is a hands-on role requiring significant autonomy and resourcefulness.
Key responsibilities include: owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles; building targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions; proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and creative channels; developing deep understanding of company technology and talent needs; partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to define profiles and assess talent; conducting thoughtful candidate screens; managing multiple simultaneous searches; driving candidates from first outreach through offer and close; using recruiting data to identify challenges and adjust strategies; maintaining accurate pipeline management in ATS; and helping improve recruiting processes as the company scales.
Required qualifications: 5+ years recruiting for technical talent, ideally in hardware, deep tech, energy, semiconductors, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or related fields. Must demonstrate ability to source and close specialized engineering talent, understand technical roles and requirements, operate with autonomy, manage complex searches, and maintain high candidate experience standards.
