Laurel is an AI Time platform for professional services firms that automates work time capture and connects time data to business outcomes. The company serves major accounting and law firms including EY, Aprio, and Crowell & Moring, processing over 1 billion work activities annually.
As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation journey for new enterprise customers. You'll orchestrate work between customers and Laurel's implementation engineers, ensuring high-quality go-lives while maintaining focus on Time to Value and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and CSM handoff
- Orchestrating deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom in coordination with implementation engineers
- Guiding customers through technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO
- Running kickoff calls and hosting ongoing office hours for end users and finance teams
- Triaging issues in real time and escalating appropriately while maintaining customer confidence
- Coordinating with CSMs on adoption strategies and active user growth
- Maintaining clear project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking using Asana and Microsoft Planner
- Translating technical concepts (integration architecture, XPATH-based mapping, API behaviors) into clear language for stakeholders
- Applying agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to scale effectiveness
You should have 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements. Technical aptitude is essential—experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms is a strong plus. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), and agentic AI tools is expected. Bachelor's degree required; PMP/CAPM certification is a plus.
