You will embed with a strategic client in financial services as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Legal and Compliance team's operations. This role blends product management and technical project management, combining strategic planning with day-to-day compliance and administrative execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Partner with Legal and Compliance leadership to translate priorities into working roadmaps, balancing long-term initiatives against operational needs.
- Workflow Automation: Identify and drive automation opportunities for recurring compliance and administrative processes from conception through implementation.
- BAU & Compliance Operations: Own routine compliance and administrative tasks with the same rigor and ownership mindset applied to strategic initiatives.
- Systems Support & Data Monitoring: Provide first-line support for Legal and Compliance business systems, running daily checks on automated feeds and troubleshooting reports and data issues.
- Data Analysis & Documentation: Profile data to identify and resolve gaps or quality issues; produce clear technical documentation and requirements to guide application builds, customizations, and QA testing.
- Vendor & Business Communications: Act as a proactive point of contact for business stakeholders and outside SaaS vendors, managing relationships and communicating with confidence under pressure.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across Legal, Compliance, and business teams to keep initiatives aligned, unblocked, and moving.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, or comparable role
- Strong communication skills; confident and clear speaking with business users and outside vendors
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure environments without losing accuracy or composure
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for stakeholder-facing materials
- Independent and proactive mindset; able to bring a product-manager approach to administrative and routine work, not just strategic initiatives
- Experience with data analysis/profiling and writing technical documentation or requirements for developers
