The company serves over 6,500 creators and platforms, processing more than $1 billion in annual transactions. Originally built for travel, Stay22 now supports partners across retail, lifestyle, publishing, events, and transportation sectors. The Phantom Squad is a foundational enablement team tackling complex browser-level and infrastructure challenges critical to Stay22's ability to deliver performant, privacy-respecting, and highly scalable integrated experiences. Their work spans DOM injection optimization, session persistence, fingerprinting techniques, and iframe lifecycle management—enabling product teams to innovate confidently and efficiently. As Senior Technical Product Manager for Phantom, you will define and drive the strategy behind these foundational technical capabilities, translating their potential into genuine product levers. A central focus is Deep22, an initiative to develop robust scraping pipelines and alternative data sources to improve affiliate data completeness, deep link accuracy, and partner integration performance. Your work will directly impact monetization opportunities, script reliability, and user experience across Stay22's product suite. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, technical analysis, and market intelligence to identify new value creation opportunities; collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize pain points and unlock partner success and monetization avenues; working closely with engineering teams to evolve fingerprinting, DOM injection, and browser behavior optimization approaches with constant attention to privacy, scalability, and reliability; defining and driving Phantom's technical strategy and roadmap with clear alignment to cross-functional priorities and business objectives; gathering and synthesizing needs from users and internal teams (product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance); establishing success metrics, measuring initiative impact, and communicating value organization-wide; contributing to go-to-market initiatives with product marketing; and maintaining active awareness of browser standards and privacy protection evolution to ensure the technology stack remains robust and compliant. Required: minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally at least 3 years in a technical product role (infrastructure, developer tools, or browser-level technologies). Strong technical understanding with ability to bridge complex engineering concepts and their product implications. Experience collaborating with highly technical teams, particularly in environments requiring strong cross-team coordination or shared platforms/services. High adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-moving, changing context.
