MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is a mobile-first work execution platform serving 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo. The platform manages 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders for industrial and frontline teams. You will own the product roadmap for two foundational domains within the Product Foundations Group: Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Entitlements and Product Configuration. IAM controls how enterprise customers configure and govern access across their organizations, including a customer-facing admin console, delegated administration, and granular permissions. Entitlements and Product Configuration is a new domain being established to create a unified framework for how MaintainX determines what customers can access—spanning monetization (subscription plans, paid add-ons), feature rollout and experimentation, and organization-level customization. Currently this logic is scattered across disconnected systems with no unified owner. This role requires operating in two modes simultaneously: expanding a mature team's charter while founding a new product domain where the charter is still being defined. You will partner with engineering to build both domains and work with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure licensing and entitlements reflect real business operations. Key responsibilities include: owning the product roadmap for both IAM and Entitlements teams; defining the initial charter, roadmap, and success metrics for the new Entitlements and Product Configuration domain; partnering with engineering on prioritization and delivery sequencing; defining a unified framework and engineering patterns for feature flagging, gating, and rollout to replace fragmented systems; identifying and prioritizing gaps in monetization, feature rollout, experimentation, and entitlements management; ensuring entitlement and license-count data accuracy as billing transitions to Autodesk; partnering with Sales, CS, and Finance on go-to-market and operational alignment; and introducing consistent product practices across both domains. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make, and operate into one continuous lifecycle. The operate phase reveals what actually happens when assets run in the field, feeding insights back into design and manufacturing. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years of product management experience, including experience defining a roadmap or product charter with limited existing structure - Comfortable working across a mature, technically deep domain (IAM) and a nascent one (Entitlements and Product Configuration) simultaneously - Technical fluency in identity concepts (authentication, authorization, SSO, SCIM, permission models) and comfort with entitlement and product-configuration concepts (feature flagging, paywalls, experimentation tooling, plan tiers) - Comfortable driving consolidation of fragmented legacy systems into unified technical frameworks, partnering closely with engineering across multiple feature teams - Strong prioritization instincts—ability to take loosely-scoped problems and quickly establish build priorities and rationale - Experience building 0-to-1 product functions or introducing product rigor where little existed - Comfortable partnering internally with Sales, CS, and Finance stakeholders, not just engineering
