Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Command Certificate Lifecycle Management product line. This role is central to Keyfactor's mission of securely connecting humans, machines, and AI through trust infrastructure.
You will define and execute the product strategy for certificate lifecycle management, a critical component of Keyfactor's platform that helps enterprises and government agencies manage cryptographic identities and machine identity governance. The role spans both SaaS and on-premises deployments, requiring deep expertise in cryptographic security, certificate management, and hybrid deployment models.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Vision & Strategy:** Establish a compelling product vision aligned with company objectives and market trends (e.g., post-quantum cryptography readiness, FedRAMP compliance, SAST integration). Communicate this vision across the organization and to customers.
**Roadmap Ownership:** Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives such as certificate discovery, lifecycle automation, policy enforcement, deployment flexibility, advanced analytics, and platform integrations.
**Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the product from ideation through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring timely, high-quality releases for both SaaS and on-prem. Lead POC-to-production transitions and support customer enablement.
**Market & Customer Insights:** Conduct deep market research and engage with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving needs.
**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Collaborate with engineering, design, documentation, support, and go-to-market teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric solutions. Champion documentation and support resources.
**Requirements & Execution:** Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Guide development teams in delivering features like cryptographic asset discovery and policy enforcement.
**Performance & Optimization:** Monitor product performance using data analytics and customer feedback. Drive iterative improvements focused on security, scalability, and user experience.
**Compliance & Standards:** Ensure the product meets enterprise compliance requirements and evolving security standards.

**Requirements:**
- Senior-level product management experience with deep expertise in cryptographic security, machine identity management, and certificate lifecycle management
- Proven ability to define and execute product vision and strategy
- Experience managing both SaaS and on-premises product deployments
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
- Understanding of enterprise compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, PQC readiness)
- Familiarity with emerging trends in certificate management, CI/CD integration, and security automation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
