ClickUp is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager for Strategic Services to partner with enterprise customers across EMEA as they implement, expand, and mature their use of ClickUp's AI-native workspace platform (which unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search).
In this role, you will own complex customer engagements from discovery through rollout, enablement, and ongoing optimization. You'll diagnose current-state workflows, identify friction points, and design scalable future-state solutions within ClickUp. You'll guide customers through governance, architecture, process design, and rollout planning across multiple teams or business units, and help recover momentum when implementations stall or stakeholder alignment breaks down.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategic implementations and customer transformations, owning end-to-end engagements with multiple stakeholder groups
- Driving adoption and value realization by translating customer goals into clear execution plans, using usage signals and business context to identify risks early
- Designing scalable solutions using workflows, automations, reporting, and AI use cases; recommending when to standardize versus maintain flexibility
- Partnering across internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support) to solve complex customer problems and act as a trusted advisor to customer admins, operators, and executives
- Bringing customer feedback and recurring pain points back to internal teams to improve product usage and delivery patterns
You'll work with strategic and enterprise customers where adoption, governance, and value realization are as critical as technical configuration. The role combines customer leadership, workflow design, technical problem-solving, and practical change management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a customer-facing post-sale role such as Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or closely related function
- Proven success leading complex SaaS implementations, customer transformations, or strategic enablement programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong workflow and process design instincts; ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions
- Excellent customer communication skills with confidence engaging both hands-on operators and executive stakeholders
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments; ability to prioritize, simplify complexity, and maintain momentum through change
- Clear ownership mindset and track record of driving outcomes rather than operating reactively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with work management, workflow automation, collaboration, CRM, ITSM, or adjacent SaaS platforms
- Comfort recommending or deploying automation, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow improvements
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships where adoption, governance, and value realization mattered
- Exposure to change management, customer enablement, or consulting-style discovery and solutioning
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
