ClickUp is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to enterprise customers. This role combines customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement to drive long-term adoption, growth, and measurable business outcomes across a book of business.
You will own the full post-sales customer lifecycle, starting with implementation and onboarding, continuing through managed services, strategic expansion, and renewal outcomes. This is an AI-native role where you'll design, build, and scale AI-powered workflows and agents, bringing hands-on expertise to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp, translating functional and technical requirements into scalable solutions including workflows, templates, hierarchies, and automations.
• Managing account health by monitoring seat utilization, adoption trends, and stakeholder engagement; building and running adoption plans and account reviews.
• Running Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for key workflows, leading discovery sessions to map current-state and future-state processes, and recommending optimizations.
• Driving adoption of ClickUp AI by building custom workflow agents tied to customer use cases, providing technical training on AI and automation best practices, and tracking AI usage against plan.
• Serving as the technical partner to assigned accounts, connecting adoption to business value, and driving expansion through data-driven insights and AI usage analysis.
• Acting as the voice of the customer, turning business objectives and pain points into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure each customer's success story is long-term, scalable, and impactful.
You will need strong project and program management skills for complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, executive presence, and the ability to build trust with both C-level and day-to-day stakeholders. You'll be fully accountable for your assigned book of business and driven to hit measurable outcomes including retention and expansion targets.
