Dragos is the global leader in xOT (extended Operational Technology) cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure systems including water, power, and healthcare. The company combines technology, threat intelligence, and expert services to defend against adversaries targeting industrial control systems worldwide.
You will serve as an Associate Principal Technical Account Manager supporting federal customers across the Continental United States. In this role, you act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, enabling adoption, operationalization, and optimization of Dragos solutions to drive measurable value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary technical advocate for assigned federal customers, supporting onboarding, implementation, and long-term success with the Dragos platform
- Guide customers in operationalizing key use cases and integrating Dragos into existing workflows to achieve measurable business outcomes
- Lead regular account reviews, roadmap alignment discussions, and platform optimization efforts to ensure continued value realization
- Monitor customer health and adoption metrics, proactively identifying risks and supporting recovery plans for at-risk or underutilized accounts
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience
- Act as an OT cybersecurity subject matter expert, delivering training, workshops, and executive-level briefings (regional travel up to 30%)
You will bridge the gap between Dragos' platform and the customer's mission, helping federal organizations improve security maturity, mitigate risk, and maximize platform effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in OT environments with practical knowledge of ICS (Industrial Control Systems), SCADA, or DCS systems
- Deep understanding of OT cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies
- Strong technical foundation in industrial control systems architecture and operations
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with federal or government sector customers preferred
- Ability to travel regionally up to 30% as needed
