Nimble is seeking a Senior Team Lead to own two critical components of its product: the data-pipeline infrastructure that ingests and processes web data at scale, and the agentic AI system that generates Extraction Templates—the mappings that transform any webpage into structured data.
You will lead a team of 6 engineers spanning Backend, Full-Stack, and AI disciplines. Your responsibilities include coaching and managing engineers across both technical domains, hiring to grow the team, and maintaining hands-on involvement rather than directing from a distance. You'll be accountable for team health, clear communication, and real ownership of delivery outcomes.
This role requires exceptional internal leadership and people skills. You'll balance strategic team development with technical depth, ensuring the team executes on both the infrastructure and AI components that power the product.
