Halter is a climate-tech company revolutionizing sustainable grazing practices for farmers and ranchers. Using innovative technology, Halter enables farmers to manage large herds (500+ cattle) without traditional infrastructure like quad bikes, dogs, or fences—dramatically improving productivity and sustainability.
You'll join the People & Culture team as a Senior Talent Specialist reporting to the Talent Lead for GTM & Customer functions. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on attracting and hiring world-class talent to support Halter's global scaling mission.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-cycle recruitment across regions and functions, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination
- Building and managing candidate pipelines for GTM roles (sales, marketing) and other functions
- Developing talent strategy and workforce planning aligned to business growth
- Designing scalable recruitment processes and practices that flex across regions and hiring volumes
- Coaching hiring managers on interviewing quality, assessment rigor, and inclusive hiring practices
- Supporting compensation benchmarking and market insights to inform competitive offers
- Partnering on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Representing Halter as a talent brand ambassador at events, universities, and industry forums
- Managing reporting and analytics on key hiring metrics
You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, anticipate upcoming roles, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. The role thrives in fast-moving, high-volume hiring environments while maintaining exceptional talent quality.
