You'll join the People & Culture team as a Senior Talent Specialist reporting to the Talent Lead for GTM & Customer functions. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on attracting and hiring world-class talent to fuel the company's global growth. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and functions, with particular emphasis on GTM roles (sales and marketing). Key responsibilities include: executing end-to-end recruitment strategies; building and maintaining candidate pipelines; partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and anticipate future roles; contributing to talent strategy and workforce planning; designing scalable recruitment processes and tools; coaching hiring leaders on interview quality and assessment rigor; supporting compensation benchmarking and market insights; advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives; representing Halter at industry events and universities; and helping shape the company's Employee Value Proposition. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment while maintaining exceptional talent quality. The role requires deep sourcing expertise, strong data and reporting skills, knowledge of US employment law and immigration requirements, and excellent stakeholder management. You'll be a strategic business partner who can operate at both executive and tactical levels, with high emotional intelligence and a solutions-focused mindset.
